# Earn: Liquidity Pools

Horizon Protocol offers additional opportunities to earn rewards through liquidity provision and staking LP tokens. All rewards, except for emissions from the initial token distribution, are determined by Horizon Protocol's monetary policy, [as outlined here](https://academy.horizonprotocol.com/horizon-protocol/introduction/tokenomics). Please keep in mind that rewards can change over time due to project and market developments and community governance.

## LP Pools

### HZN-BNB Pool

**Purpose:** To facilitate a decentralized on-ramp for the HZN token via PancakeSwap, so users can buy and sell HZN on the open market.
