## 简介

在即将到来的 3 换 1 股票拆分之前暂时暂停 zTSLA 交易，同时当前 zTSLA 供应量为 0，以避免任何用户或全球债务池风险，并以股票调整后在传统市场上交易的价格恢复 zTSLA 交易。

## 规范

* 通过suspendSynth函数暂停zTSLA在协议中的交易和转账
* 2022年8月25日通过resumeSynth函数恢复协议中zTSLA的交易和转账

## 动机

特斯拉已[宣布](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1318605/000156459022028207/tsla-ex991_6.htm)进行 3 比 1 的股票拆分，新股票拆分调整后的交易将于美国东部时间 8 月 25 日开始。股票分割调整后的价格将大大低于调整前的价格，并将对在 Horizo​​n Protocol 上持有 zTSLA zAsset 的任何用户产生直接影响，因为预言机目前没有允许自动z资产股票分割的信息或功能。

通过股票分割持有 zTSLA 的用户将面临其持有的 zTSLA 价值大幅贬值的风险，这可能会影响他们管理其 C-Ratio 的能力，因为他们持有的 zAsset 价值将减少。
